For Convey orders, remember the following tips.

 

Enter Convey Condition Information

The Convey Condition screen consists of a list of headers, each header A section break used within the SafeView - Preserve program. is labeled with a category that denotes the different work that needs to be completed in order for a property to be in convey condition.  If all necessary work has been completed and there are not any pending bids for that category the right side of the header will advise “Yes” this indicates that all the necessary work for that category has been completed for the property to be in convey condition.  If the right side of the header indicates “NO” either all necessary work has not been completed or there are still pending bids under that category heading.

 

  1. If there is a bid A cost amount for work that cannot be completed for the allowable. listed under the header that indicates that bid is still pending.

 

  1. Select if the property is in convey condition by choosing “Yes or “No” from the drop down list.

 

  1. Type any additional comments in the box provided.

 

  1. Drag the ICC form and Convey Condition media to the corresponding media labels.

 

If you would like to amend or delete a bid you must do so on the screen where that bid resides. Please see the Bid Verification section of the manual for instructions on how to amend or un-validate a previous bid.
